KFC Thailand’s “Let There Be Cake” Wins Gold at Cannes Lions 2025

We’re thrilled to announce that “Let There Be Cake,” the 40th anniversary film created for KFC Thailand, has been awarded Gold in Film at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2025, under the Travel, Leisure, Retail, Restaurants and Fast-Food Chains category.

 

The campaign was developed in close collaboration with our creative partners Bananas Agency, Brains& Brawn Bangkok, and brought to life with stunning visuals by Carbon Films (Cape Town).

 

Blending rich storytelling with boldvisual flair, “Let There Be Cake” celebrates four decades of finger lickin’good moments — with a twist of surreal humor and, of course, cake.

 

This win is a testament to the powerof global collaboration, brave clients, and teams who aren’t afraid to pushboundaries. We’re incredibly proud to see this work recognized on one of theworld’s biggest creative stages.
